Audēmus Inc. is an accomplished, yet innovative, group of individuals focused on developing and growing superior customized software products, applications, websites, and network platforms. The word “Audēmus” (pronounced ‘au∙day∙mus’) is a Latin word that means "we dare, we venture, we risk" or rather more conventionally "we dare to be bold and are eager for the challenge". Our team is just that; bold, innovative, and eager for the challenges of our clients to deliver the highest quality innovative technology products and services in the marketplace.
Audēmus was formed in the wake of the on-going business successes of MMM Solutions operating in South Florida since 2015 and had serviced countless organizations from entrepreneur enterprises, non-profits to corporations staffing thousands of employees. Originally built from the ground up by millennials, Derek Ruffner and Brian Carter, the company grew quickly and attracted the attention and involvement of Will Rankin, a service-connected disabled-veteran and experienced businessman. The professional involvement and relationship between Derek, Brian and Will cultivated and ultimately presented itself the opportunity to build a more comprehensive and robust technology development and services group - Audēmus Inc. Today, Audēmus brings its collective previous experiences developing technology solutions and combines it with the vast knowledge of business, government, and legal inner-workings, providing services and products that are both bold, secure, and compliant.
As a company with its corporate structure being majority owned by a Service Disabled Veteran thus making it a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), it is the stated policy and thus practice of Audēmus Inc., to employee and/or engage qualified Veterans and their family members as our internal ‘Vets First Program’ in our staffing needs, to include combat and service disabled Veterans specifically. This commitment and declaration is reflected in our corporate HR Operating Policy along with being published on the company website here within. In fact, within our leadership, not only is our CEO a Disabled Veteran but our COO is also a Veteran. With our highly experienced executive and leadership team in place at Audēmus, we believe there are no limitations to the scope of technical development and services that we can provide, notwithstanding costs and time constraints.
